Cynthia Fung Vionlinist Cynthia is a classically trained violinist of 14 years. Throughout her musical career, she has had the honor of leading several renowned classical ensembles as Concertmistress, Co-concertmistress and Principal Second, including All-State Honor Orchestra, All-District Honor Orchestra, Orange County Youth Symphony Orchestra, Irvine Youth Symphony Orchestra and La Primavera and has won the Solo Concerto Competition for the Orange County Youth Symphony (1999). Cynthia has also been a member of the UC Berkeley Symphony Orchestra and UC Berkeley chamber music program (1999-2003). She has recorded and performed with various independent music groups and solo artists, and is currently an active member of the Indie-rock/pop band, Polien, as violinist and backing vocalist.
